THE BELIEVERS LIMITATIONS-5 Luke 4:9-11 Then he took Him to Jerusalem and set Him on a gable of the temple, and said to Him, If You are the Son of God, cast Yourself down from here;For it is written, He will give His angels charge over you to guard and watch over you closely and carefully;And on their hands they will bear you up, lest you strike your foot against a stone. The temptation has reached its peak. The devil had tested Jesus in the flesh, in his worship or service and has now come to test him on his faith. I believe I have brought to your knowledge the insights and the revelations from the temptation of Jesus. What you must know is that, the devil will keep on tricking you and trying you to make you deny God. Always he (the devil) will tempt you in the physical, he will go ahead to try your worship or service, if he doesnt succeed he proceeds to test your faith. The above scripture is what the devil continued with Jesus. The bible makes it clear to us that the devil took Jesus onto the temple and bid him to jump from there because God said he will let angels guide and carefully look after him. How does this part of the scriptures apply to our life? Sometimes you are faced with certain circumstances that dares your faith. You find yourself being placed at a certain point when you need to proof that you are really who you say you are. The devil said to Jesus if you are the Son of God..... It is like the devil is throwing a challenge to Jesus. The conditional statement starting with if, means surety. It means, if you are really sure of yourself, then go ahead. It is like someone comes to you and tell you if you have faith, cross the highway without looking at both sides before crossing. In order for you to stand against all odds, your faith must be the same. You must determine what is rightful or what is wrong. How is your faith? I tell people that faith is not something strange or mysterious. Rather, faith is a state of mind. Faith is what you accept to be true or wrong personally. HOW IS YOUR FAITH?
