THE BIBLE IS COMPLETELY THE WORD OF GOD. IT WAS WRITTEN BY THE POWER OF INSPIRATION WORKING IN PROPHETS AND APOSTLES WHO LIVED IN ISRAEL ALONG TIME AGO FOR OUR REPROOF, JUST AS PAUL WROTE TO TIMOTHY: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. ( 2TIMOTHY 3:16-17 KJV ). JESUS ALSO USED THE WORD TO CHALLENGE HIS JEWISH OPPONENTS WITH PHRASE LIKE: And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? He said unto him, what is written in the law? how readest thou? And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. ( LUKE 10:25-28, V27cited from Deut 6:5, Lev.19:18 ).
