Deadlift - Shins touching the bar when commencing the lift - Feet shoulder width apart - Keep your arms straight - Lockout with neutral spine Squat - Bar rests across the back of shoulders - Driving from the heels and avoid putting weight on the toes or the knees collapsing - Knees bend and stay over the toes Overhead press - Feet shoulder width apart - Squeeze your glutes to stop the lower back from arching - Your chin should almost touch your chest when the weight is overhead
