THE BRUTAL RAPE CASE : What say you to this idea .......................... There are so many people who are outraged at this that if we established a Social Media based account for a reward, people could commit and only pay upon succesfull prosecution and a jail sentance being handed down.... crowd funding kinda thing.... once the word got out there perhaps it would encourage people close to this monster to come forward ... I would for sure put $100 into it .... anyone else, any ideas ?? .....
