THE CALL WAS ANSWERED!!!!! Sorors and Amicae: When we received notification last week Tuesday that our MDS Adopted School Choptank Elementary needed our assistance for the holidays for one of their families, I knew that it was a short turn-a-round time to collect the items requested and funds needed from across the State. Especially, as you all were preparing for your families and loved ones individually, as well as, chapters and auxiliaries adopting their own families for the holiday. Not only did you answer the call, you exceeded it! Instead of just assisting the one family we received notification for, WE were able to bless three families at Choptank with your donations. Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward them for what they have done. Proverbs 19:17 (New International Version) THANK YOU for your generosity and willingness to go above and beyond for our young people and their families. I am confident that your giving will not only bless these families for the moment but for a lifetime. I can only say THANK YOU, but the LORD will do so much more and I know His reward will far exceed any reward I can provide to you.
