THE CASE OF THE HOT LOLA... Maldita, now 60 years old, is facing a case for Homicide before the Regional Trial Court of Baguio City, Branch 69. During her cross-examination, the following transpired: Private Prosecutor (Atty. Yrral): Madam Witness, for the record, please tell us your age? Maldita: I am 60 years old, widow, sir. Private Prosecutor: Will you please tell the Honorable Court what happened on the night in question? Maldita: I was sitting alone on my porch at almost midnight, looking at the beautiful Lingayen Gulf, with stars glowing above, when suddenly this young man sat down beside me. Private Prosecutor: Did you know him, Madam Witness? Maldita: No, sir, but he was very friendly. Private Prosecutor: What happened next after he sat down beside you, Madam Witness? Maldita: Well, he started to rub my thighs, sir. Private Prosecutor: Did you stop him, Madam Witness? Maldita: No, sir. Private Prosecutor: Why not? Maldita: It felt good, sir. I have not experienced the tingling sensation on me of such rubbing since 25 years ago after the death of my late husband. Private Prosecutor: What happened next, Madam Witness? Maldita: He started to rub my breasts, sir. Private Prosecutor: Did you stop him, Madam Witness? Maldita: No, sir. Private Prosecutor: Why not, Madam Witness?
