THE COMFORTABLE DECORATED INACTIVE MASQUERADE: Gbong Gwom Jos No responsible father would neglect the cry of his child or a traditional ruler express silence over the torture of his subjects except he benefits from the source of the cause of their pains. This postulation simple imply that such a father is of no relevance even to the dogs on the streets. We from the Berom tribe claim and or accept that we are the majority in terms of population on the Plateau yet we have not realized that we are the most slaughtered than the total number of chickens on Christmas day in Plateau. The Gbong Gwom Jos Jacob Gyang Buba has being very silent on virtually all issues of injustices perpetuated by Jang ( Jang Family Company Limited ) on innocent humbled Plateau men/women and claims ignorant of the fact even we the Beroms are also casualties of the pains Jang has over boiled and poured on the Plateau. Traditionally, the actions of inactions by the Gbong Gwom Jos is an out-right abomination on the stool he occupies on behalf of fathers of blessed memories. It is a shame that some individuals see the Gbong Gwom Jos as their God , so be it . . . but to me and many others , he is like any human being that is privileged but not greater than the cleaners of Jos streets , therefore l worship him not. The Oba of Benin called the Benin Electricity Distribution Company to order over the issue of crazy –bills to his people, Jos is constantly in darkness let alone the exploitation, the same Oba of Benin refused a car gift from the state Commissioner of Culture and Tourism, but our own Gbong Gwom Jos Jacob Gyang Buba here accepted a Government House, of course his has sold his right to defend the people he claims to represent. One question that begs for an answer is ; is the Berom man in Du different from that of Riyom or Zawan, e.t.c or is he different from any other man on the Plateau? Certainly no. If the Gbong Gwom Jos cannot confront the injustices of unpaid salaries, secret selective employment of Plateau Youths, and all other anomalies of Jang and family, then he is of no use in Plateau state. Evidently, the Gbong Gwom Jos is only representing Jang and those who aligned themselves to the treacheries of Jang over the People of Plateau state .
