THE COUNSELOR(R)-Oct. 25. By:The Movie Guy. Director Ridley Scott has joined forces with author Cormic McCarthy who adapted his own material in this less thrilling but intense & head scratching twisted story of the gruesome & seedy drug world. The performances from the entire cast were unimpressive, pretensous & kind of a waste of talented actors. The only one I liked was Cameron Diaz who played Malkina, the so-called girlfriend of Reiner played Jaiver Bardem. She was one twisted & evil woman who you wouldnt want to mess with or shell have you disappear in a gruesome fashion. There werent really any shocking twists or turns in the film because each character gives away what is going to happen. And so, when see what happens to Brad Pitt who plays Westray, Bardem, & Penelope Cruz who plays L aura, the fiancée of The Counselor played by Michael Fassbender. Wait for DVD or Blu-Ray.
