Though it is not your job, make it your responsibility. Responsibility is yours for the taking. When you do choose to take it, what you get are expanded options, greater opportunities and more positive possibilities. Responsibility makes good things possible. Responsibility enables you to make a difference. Responsibility is not easy, not convenient, and often not very comfortable. Yet if you are to make something positive and meaningful out of the situation, responsibility is absolutely necessary. It may not seem fair to have to take responsibility for circumstances you didnt create. However, by doing so you gain the control that enables you to move forward. Responsibility is there for you to take. Take responsibility and with it, create something great.
