THE DARK SIDE OF DUBAI There was something intriguing about this subject and I pursued reading it over a few days, even though it was quite a long article. What it illumines to the West is the hidden side of fabulous wealth; slavery, inhumane conditions, rights violations, a completely suppressed society, ecological disaster and the soiling of the very asset that attracts people to Dubai. Unbelievable how almost unimaginable wealth can create an environment where everything is at risk. There are many lessons here; you draw your own conclusions.
