…THE DEVIL IS A LOSER!... “And we know that ALL THINGS WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28)… When Job was attacked, the devil thought he would dampen his faith and weaken his resolve to follow God. What happened? Job came out stronger, with a deeper faith, double of his possessions, and beautiful daughters! Not to mention the encouragement his story has given to millions over the centuries! The devil is a loser! As the children of Israel grew in Egypt, the devil instigated Pharaoh to kill all the male children! Result: Moses landed in the hands of Pharaoh’s daughter, was trained in the palace which was part of his preparation for his role as a deliverer! You see, the devil is a loser! Joseph’s brothers were ridden with envy at their brother’s dream. The devil instigated them to sell him into Egypt. Little did they know that he was being pushed into destiny. He saved the world of a terrible famine! The devil is a loser! The Saviour of the world was born – Jesus. The devil made sure that he turned the hearts of the rulers of his day against him. By all mischievous means, he made sure Christ was crucified! If only he knew that Christ’s death (and his subsequent resurrection) would mark his defeat, he wouldnt have allowed him (Christ) to be crucified! You see, the devil does not even really know the future! The devil is a loser! Whatever it is you are going through at the moment, just be encouraged that even if the devil meant it for evil, it would turn around for your good. If you give in, then the devil has won. But if you hang on, you would prove what the devil really is – A LOSER! Never despair, in your life and all that is yours, the devil will remain A LOSER in Jesus’ mighty name! Amen!
