I have not seen it. 1823: Thomas Young makes a copy from Salts original. No Cartouche on line 13 shown. 1838: Howard Vyse Makes a copy from Salts original.part of Cartouche on line 13 shown. 1842: Richard Lepsius makes a drawing in situ of the Stele. smaller part of Cartouche on line 13 shown. 1849: Maxime du Camp takes first photograph of the Sphinx (Dream Stele is not visible because it was covered with sand). 1925: Emile Baraize uncovers the Stele. Probably took a photo, but I havent been able to locate it. 1929: Emile Drition published a photo of stele, ptobably from Baraize.
