THE DYNAMISM OF CHANGE AND IT`S UNFOLDING CONSEQUENCES IN STAMFORD BRIDGE. Change is repulsive to many, in nature. It`s proponents often meet with very strong wind of opposition. Intellectually therefore, it requires a lot of tact and pragmatism to ensure it does not result in crisis. Ideally, for change to be properly handled, some level of education, tolerance, win-win antics etc remain essential ingredients in its management. Therefore, in implementing change, its positive and negative impact on the members of the group to be affected would be of paramount importance. In Stamford Bridge, there appear to be so many good things happening but the only orgy is the pronouncement or threat right there now. I have not spoken to anybody at the club but if the situation will not start to improve for me then I will want to solve it,” he retorted. Cech`s comments are precisely, timely. The January transfer window opens in just two months, meaning that Mourinho now has a decision to make. He either plays Cech, or risk losing him. Just as rival clubs abound everywhere—especially now the goalkeepers discontent is public—meaning the run to Christmas will be vital in deciding whether Cech extends his 10-year association with the club. It is also significant to mention that Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco could re-ignite their interest, following initial rumours reported by the Daily Mail during the summer, while Queens Park Rangers may also remain on his radar, after he was offered to the club in the last transfer window, according to David Kent. Alternatively, should Cech exploits other option for Roma this winter, he would be re-united with his former Blues teammate, Ashley Cole, following the left-back’s move to Italy this summer. Cech is still a potential match-winner when he does play, but unfortunately, there are no signs to suggest he will take-over the sports best young goalkeeper anytime soon. Whatever stance Mourinho maintains, adequate arrangement should be in place for a capable keeper in the event of unexpected injury for Courtois. Interestingly, Cech has enjoyed a decorated career with the Blues, collecting three Premier League titles, four FA Cups, two League Cups, the Champions League and the Europa League.
