THE EBOLA SCARE & RACISM Since the Ebola outbreak in West - TopicsExpress

THE EBOLA SCARE & RACISM Since the Ebola outbreak in West Africa and more recently Central Africa, thousands of Africans have come face to face with racism of some sort as they travel the world. I wish to state here that people in other countries, especially in the West who are becoming scared of contact with black people and are thus imposing restrictions on their movement into their respective countries believing that every African is Ebola postive are simply out of touch with the tenets of 21st century realism of human solidarity and global citizenship! Africans should be supported by all possible means to stamp out Ebola or very soon, we may be faced with the bleak and gloomy prospect of having an Earth without humans. This is because, if no efforts are made in this direction we may be simply wiped out and be quietly resting in peace in our respective graves! For clarity of purpose, the world MUST be reminded even if no one would listen that:.....We are NOT all dying of Ebola here in Africa.
