However, the bible and the Spirit of Prophecy are clear that Christ has existed from eternity and that there is no single time when they were not in close fellowship. There is no evidence that Christ was created and so some have assumed that the title only begotten means that the Father gave birth to Him by some means. This is an assumption which directly contradicts all inspired evidence that categorically declares the eternity of Christ who has always been with the Father.
