THE EVERYDAY MAN/WOMAN (AT HOME) WORKOUT * Cant get to the gym - got 30 min for lunch & workout...this is a small work-out-snack for all fitness levels * Must Have Workout Music (turn it up loud) * 500 Jump Ropes (advocare) sells good one * 100 Sit Ups (get a mat if you need it) * 100 Push Ups (on knees or not) Do it sets of 5-10-20 or 25 depending on your fitness & intensity level Get back to work....do it again tomorrow....
