THE FACTS: ERIC GARNER - NEW YORK 1) 4 OFFICERS WITH GUNS AND STUN GUNS 2) 1 (BLACK) MAN (Mr. Gardner) APPROACHED (to be arrested - not to ticket him but arrest him) B/C HE WAS SELLING CIGARETTES (cigarettes yall) 3) WRESTLED TO GROUND (technique the officer said he was trained to use) 4) HANDS UP (before he goes down) 5) TELLING THEM HE CANNOT BREATHE (at least 11 times) 6) OFFICER KEEPS CHOKING HIM AND FORCES HEAD TO TO GROUND 7) RECORDED 8) OFFICER SAID HE WAS USING A WRESTLING ME (are you a wrestler or a police officer) 9) LAYS UNRESPONSIVE FOR 6 MINS (note they are trying to get him to respond) 10) MR.
