THE FAITHFULNESS OF GOD God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. 1 Corinthians 1:9 The primary calling of every Christian, be he a pastor, an apostle, brother or sister is to have fellowship with Jesus the son of God. The word fellowship means companionship or friendship. Fellowship stems from a relationship that exists between people. To be able to fellowship with the Lord, you will first have to have a relationship with him. The secret of developing a relationship with the Lord is through daily quiet time. Fastings and personal retreats all help to develop a relationship with the Lord but daily quiet remains the greatest secret to fellowshipping daily with Him. Many want to experience the faithfulness of God but do not want to fellowship with His son Jesus. This is why some bypass the Son in order to get to the Father through religion but religion will never get you to God. Some have wondered whether God is faithful but He truly is. i think you should rather wonder about your level of relationship with Jesus and more especially the depth of your fellowship with Him. If you do, you will experience the faithfulness of God because God still remains faithful who has called us to fellowship with His Son, Jesus Christ.
