THE FINAL JOURNEYS OF LIFE It still remains a journey, further away from the shores of our lands That golden city across the ocean, a painless city of love Its spread across the space above and held by anchors of faith A glorious city of lights but not of hydro-power of dams A city whose foundations and pillars are by the master builder A city indeed for the meek and righteous by grace Treasures of this city are wrapped in love Still beholding that glittering splendid city of gold Many wish to catch a glimpse to quench a thirsty desired heart Yet not with determined hearts of conviction and repentance Only few will make this journey to the promised city of gold In the final hour by the final sound of the final trumpet For the winter no sooner appears and the sun humbly lays its head to rest Many will gather on the shore that day And look into the vast expanse of the oceans Yes the breeze will slay the joy of the unholy in silence For many hopes shall be whisked into the thin air...... Many will be left to quake, shiver and gnash their teeth’s in pains Tears shall flow like fountains …… Boundless desperation without remedy of hope.....
