THE FIRST COMING AND REJECTION OF THE MESSIAH LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS PROPHESIED IN SCRIPTURES!!! Prophecy re: Coming: But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. Micah 5:2 Read and meditate on the Holy Scriptures above. The little town of Bethlehem shall bring forth the Ruler in Israel whose Roots are from of old, from everlasting. Jesus Christ is the Ancient of Days: who was, is and is forevermore. Very accurately delivered prophetically! Help us o Lord to learn, know and live Your Word our for and in our lives in Jesus Name. Fulfillment: Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? For we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. Matthew 2:1-2 Jesus Christ according to the prophecy of Scriptures, was born in Bethlehem. His birth was not hidden at all; as three wise men from the East say His Star and followed it right to Jerusalem. They recognised the significance that was lost on the leaders of the faith at the time; the Lord Jesus Christ! They came to worship Him! O Lord, Grant that we would be able to discern the signs of the times with wisdom acquired from You in Jesus Name. Amen!!! Prophecy re: rejection: He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Isaiah 53:3 The One who came to Save mankind; although seen, was fully rejected by mankind. He was despised and rejected; a Man of sorrows, acquainted with grief. He was not esteemed at all; and we kind of hid our faces away from Him! O what a shame upon mankind. Alas! But, it was all in the Master Plan of the Almighty; who had prepared Him as a Living Sacrifice for mankind! He was predestined to take upon Himself all of the sinfulness of mankind; that we may be reconciled unto God, but by simple faith in Him and in His Holy Sacrifice. O Lord, Help us away from unbelief, into faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord, God, Saviour and King in Jesus Name. Amen!!! Fulfillment: Which of the two do you want me to release to you? asked the governor. Barabbas, they answered. What shall I do, then, with Jesus who is called Christ? Pilate asked. They all answered, Crucify him! Why? What crime has he committed? asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder, Crucify him! Matthew 27:21-23 NIV When push came to shove, who did the people choose to set free? Not Jesus the Christ, the Messiah! Barabbas, a known marauder and a thief in prison for his crimes was preferred over and above Jesus Christ; and he was set free in the place of Jesus Christ! Wow, what a wickedness in mankind. Certain evidence of the rejection of Jesus Christ via Scriptures. However, it was all in Gods Plan! Lord, Help us not to crucify the Lord again and again by rejecting Him or not obeying His Commandments and living a life of unrighteousness in Jesus Name I pray with thanksgiving. Amen!!! Then one of the Twelve – the one called Judas Iscariot – went to the chief priests and asked, What are you willing to give me if I deliver him over to you? So they counted out for him thirty pieces of silver. From then on Judas watched for an opportunity to hand him over. Matthew 26:14-16 (NIVUK) Not only was Jesus Christ rejected, a man, Judas Iscariot was willing to sell Jesus Christ to the enemy (chief priests)! He sold Jesus Christ for thirty pieces of silver! Wow! Our Lords worth in the eyes of the world! To us who believe, Jesus Christ is our everything! Priceless! However, we all have the same evil potential! Only Jesus Christ Can Wash us clean and Give to us His Holy Spirit to Enable us to live a life of holiness and righteousness in Jesus Christ! Father, please Help us not to be ashamed of our Lord and Saviour; and also not to reject nor sell Him out or crucify Him again today, in Jesus Name. Amen!!! (10) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. (11) Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (12) For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. (13) Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:10-13 NKJV Living for and in Jesus Christ is like going into a battle with and against the world! We need to be fully equipped for this battle. Although, the battle is the Lords and the victory is ours, we have a definite part to play in it. This is why I tell people what the Lord Taught me that His Love is not designed to be unconditional! We have a price to pay. Yes Jesus Christ Paid The Price for our Salvation! There is always a price for Love! Love is never unconditional! For the Love and Salvation that He Purchased, our price to pay is to believe and obey His Words to benefit maximally! We need to put on the whole armour of God; and know out enemy! To ignore the enemy and or have no information nor knowledge of the enemy is foolishness when you go to battle! Lord, Help us to live our lives as wise in the knowledge and wisdom of God about our entire lives in Jesus Name. Amen!!!
