THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO THE CEMETERY AT THE EXACT DATE: NOVEMBER - TopicsExpress

THE FIRST TIME I WENT TO THE CEMETERY AT THE EXACT DATE: NOVEMBER 1 My dad suddenly had an epiphany about the importance of the All Saints day and how important it is to go at the exact date less it would, despite the compensation, become useless if we go on a later date. Its a sacrifice we must consider because it happens only once a year. He boldly dictated as I complained about the length of traffic. Arriving at the cemetery though I was baffled by the environment. It looked more like a carnival than a cemetery! I mean, I even saw Spongebob Squarepants and one of those minions in the movie Despicable Me. Wow. It was the first time I experienced battling crowds at the height of NOVEMBER 1 trying to find grandmothers stone tablet. Lights shot up through the air like fire works that I realized later were actually toys. Children running around with lighted horns and zombie masks. Jejemons walking by groups wearing, well, wearing what Jejemons wear. It smelled of food of different varieties as vendors here and there strolled around the area. And amidst the transition of frolics I was approached by a woman of her 30s wearing a ridiculously skimpy short who gave me a brochure asking me if Im interested to subscribe to SkyCable HD. Wow. Just. Wow. Well, what can I say. The perks of living in a modernized, hip generation is too intense. Haha Basi pa ni mama, sus kung kakita pa lang mga sina unang tao sa sementeryo karon maka IN JESUS NAME siguro sila. HAHAHA
