THE FOLLOWING IS A LETTER SENT TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE ORGANISATION ON TRACK ROAD REGARDING A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) Dear Chairman It is with much regret that I have to write this email to you and the organisation but have been compelled to do so as the real facts need to be brought out in the open. Mr D on Friday evening was looking for a confrontation yes confrontation when he arrived in the car park of the Al-Hikmah Centre. His belligerent attitude and downright arrogance was there for all to see from the comfort of his black Mercedes. I told Mr D that we were here in the car park to collect business cards from Mr H. It is at this point Mr D spoke to me in a disgraceful manner. I felt it was most appropriate to respond in kind especially when you are dealing with an obnoxious individual who has for too many years has dealt with people in a disgusting manner. Based on Mr D’s disgraceful performance he has brought our great institution into clear disrepute. Therefore I recommend that you as the chairman strip Mr D of all his responsibilities within the organisation and terminate his association with the organisation with immediate effect. I would like to remind you that Mr D does not own the building and is not the custodian of it. The following paragraph contains particulars in respect of how Mr D can be rehabilitated into the wider community with a view to ensure that he is no longer a menace to the wider public. Mr D should be immediately referred to an anger management organisation that is best equipped to give him the best possible care. Counselling is deemed to be a safe option as it will allow the patient to disclose the issues that are best troubling him which causes him to act in a discourteous manner at most times. I am sure that in the medium to long term you will witness a considerable improvement in Mr D’s temperament.
