THE Fiji Primary Schools Rugby Association is keeping a tag on upcoming young talents during the Milo Kaji competition which started in Suva yesterday. The association will work very closely with the Fiji Rugby Union in scouting promising players. As a pathway to international rugby, George Seruiratu, the association president said they would select elite players for overseas scholarships. "We have some FRU officials who are here looking for players that impress," he said.
