THE GAMBIA NEEDS A DEFENSIVE CONSTRUCTIVE CONSTUTION At the basis - TopicsExpress

THE GAMBIA NEEDS A DEFENSIVE CONSTRUCTIVE CONSTUTION At the basis of my argument, our interpretation of the the relationship between democracy and the the law there is thus a sort of circulity between individual rights and freedom, secularism and professionalism, and communicaticative resources and widespread mindsets. In this vain, no single soul can uncorruptly argue not to acknowledge as has already been pointed out that each of the results we are talking about is both the seed and the fruit of a combination of economic, religious, and social factors. Nor can one over look the the fact that the above account fits closely the evolution of private law, which plays the role of effective and authentic connective tissue of the fundamental relationship with and between the individuals. In matters such as administrative or constitutional law the influence of political factors can certainly be much more important thus staying indifferent to changing even a potion or an article of THE GAMBIAN CONSTITUTION is the best sucide. However, it is worth stressing that law is-everywhere-the social infracture of public and private conduits; that is our democracies the law is also the fundamental ground and source of power thus making it the most important thing in our existance. As a comparative law student, I challenge THE GAMBIA AND HER CONSTITUTION ON THIS FOOTING. LONG LIVE THE REPUBLIC OF THE GAMBIA
