THE GOLD ZONE RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX ----------------------------------------------- Gold Zone residential plots are measuring more or less than 4,000 square feet (four thousand square feet). All plots belongs to this zones are of same dimension. They are fronted to 40′ wide road infrastructure and either the East or the West facing. Cost of residential plots is Euro 15 (fifteen) per square feet i.e. Euro 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) per 100 (one hundred) square feet. The prices are net excluding cost of registration etc, which might add 10% extra. People, who want to live in this well planned mega city and want to do, anything they can. And the people, who want to buy plots to develop, own real estate, such as building houses and apartments: to let out it to others; can buy plots here. Such a buyer of a plot may be a Bangladeshi or, a citizen of neighboring countries of this economic zone or, may be a citizen of any member country of the world trade organization. All such buyers can made application for one plot, personally and jointly. Love City Ltd. shall not entitle such a buyer for more than one plot. However, if any buyer has a specific proposal, to built an apartment complex immediately: on such a case, a single applicant can be entitled for 2 (two) plots. Plots can be bought, through payment of 20 (twenty) equal installments, payable quarterly. Applications are to be made along with deposit of 4 (four) installments. In Case of failure, in paying of such installments: one can deposit such installment with 1% (one percent) delaying fees per month, for the amount payable. In case of failure of payments of 3 (three) consecutive installments, allotment of plot may be cancelled. (If not requested for time extension) In case of cancellation, company shall penalty the amount of 1 (one) installment, and refund back rest amount, without adding any interest on the same amount. On receiving, full price of the plot from an applicant, the company is liable to hand over the plot in proper condition to its customers immediately. Who want to buy a plot with 100% (hundred percent) down payment, they will be benefited by 10% (ten percent) deduction of net prices. Such advance buyers can avail delivery of plots in advance. All owners of the plots are liable to approve their construction plans from the concerned city authority, and they are liable to construct as per approved plan. Any body can built 4 (four) storied houses, with one or two apartments per floor, without provision of lift. People can build 6 (six) storied houses, with provision of lift. All such buildings can use the ground or under ground floor for car parking and other facilities. The very much infrastructure of Gold zone residential area, have been designed, considering all buildings are 6(six) storied, and estimating that half of the buildings will be twin units. Therefore, under any circumstances, city authority can not approve any structure, taller than 6 (six) storied building prior to 2050 (two thousand fifty) years.
