THE GRAND FINAL RESULTS ARE IN!!! Lads, what a fantastic day today was. As the winter season sadly drew to a close, several teams emerged as Sunshine Coast winter champions. The grand final winners were: - The Swannies (Div 1 - Kings Cup); - The Muppets (Div 2 - Princes Cup); and - Hungover (Div 3 - Ponzi Scheme Cup). Congratulations to each of those sides and their skippers/organisers (Pete, Ash, Brennan and Jamie). Each side dominated throughout the main season and thoroughly deserved to be crowned as champions. Enjoy it tonight boys!!! Commiserations to the Noosa Necromancers, Suncoast Scorchers and Brad Beneke Plastering. Each of you played brilliantly throughout the entire season, and were an absolute pleasure to watch each week. While you guys may be disappointed at losing at the final hurdle, each of you have a bright future and will no doubt lift LMS silverware at some point. Finally, thanks to each of the 18 teams that were involved in the winter season. It was the first winter season we have run on the Sunshine Coast and we loved every second of it. We owe that to the loyal, good natured and downright hilarious teams that made the competition what it was. We look forward to seeing you guys in the upcoming summer season. We simply cant wait!!!
