THE KINGS ARMY UPDATE: Michele E. is 8 weeks out from her first NPC Figure competition. Her structure was made for figure: Long legs, wide shoulders, muscular back and she has the ability to spread her lats. Her conditioning is improving almost daily and her confidence is going way up. I will have her ripped ad if she keeps improving on her stage presence and swag she will be very hard to beat. Coach is very happy.
