THE KINGS ARMY UPDATE: Michelle E. is 6 weeks out from her first NPC Figure competition. I could not be happier with what DLL is giving me. Her conditioning is on the money and she has brought up every body part that I asked her to improve. I see her training hard each and everyday and this week I will put her through a killer leg/shoulder workout. I am not changing anything diet wise.. Its all good! I still want to see more shoulders and lats. Coach is smiling!
