THE KUBE in association with Mitchelstown Youth Cafe!!!! This is one of the coolest fundraisers that we have come across in a long time and we are very privileged to have the opportunity to contribute to what promises to be a fantastic evening. For those of you who are not aware of the Cube I;ll give you a small bit of background - It is a very addictive gameshow hosted by non other than the Silver Fox himself Philip Schofield and run throughout the year on TV3 and ITV. Contestants play to beat the Cube for large cash prizes coming up against tricky games and obstacles as they progress through the levels. Representing Glanworth GAA, and taking on THE KUBE on the night, will be none other than our own very handsome, athletic and all round good guy Mikie Sheehan! The following are the details that you need to know: DATE - 27th of December in the Enterprise Centre. DOORS - Open at 7pm and the game commences at 7.30pm TICKETS - €20 (of which €10 of every ticket sold goes to the club) AVAILABLE FROM - Please let myself here at Glanworth GAA or one of the following know if you are interested in going and tickets will be arranged - Robert O Driscoll, John Blackburn or Ross Murphy. OTHER INFO - Over 18s event with a full bar and DJ on the night And most importantly there will be a draw on the night where they will get 5 people from the crowd to play based on the ticket number - So you too could get a chance to take on THE KUBE!! This event really does like it could be a lot of fun for spectators as well as contestants and what better way to beat the post Christmas blues than an evening out with friends/colleagues.
