THE LAW OF INNER CIRCLE The potential of a great Leader is determined by those around him. As Leaders, we must learn to wisely pick our Inner Circle. Those around us determine our growth and success or our failure. It has been said that, If a mans character is not clear to you, just take a closer look at the company he organises. As if to amplify this statement, Amos in Chapter 3 : 3 adds, Can two walk together, except they agree? What common ground do you share with those around you today? What value do they add to your life? Ever since you bumped into them, what positives have they brought into your life? Do they challenge you to aspire for greatness or should we say they have brought more harm than good to your life? Great Leaders always know what they want to achieve at the end of the day. They have the wisdom to assemble a winning team and they have the grace to identify good players. They have the ability to recruit and improve the qualities of their followers. The ability to retain and attract people is in them. They are always training and moulding people. Great Leaders are committed to team leadership. They have a leadership programme. They believe in; Raising leaders, transforming Societies. They have that proven value to raise people that can raise leaders. What are you doing about your Inner Circle today? Are you simply complaining and talking about them or you are making efforts to talk to them? Remember, as the person at the helm of your organization, you are totally responsible for the position the organization is commanding today, be it in terms of failure or success. God bless !!!
