THE LEPRECHAUN The leprechaun stopped by a restaurant Hed been on a long walk and needed a rest Being he was very hungry, he needed some food While reading the menu, over the menu list, he brooded By the time, he decided, what he wanted to order from the menu The waitress had stopped by his table and to him, she seemed so cute With her hair in two braids, dressed in a black and white outfit She, to him, appeared quite attractive and very fit After she was through taking his order, he just sat there Brooding some more over her and at her, he just starred Because he just couldnt take his eyes off of her Until she disappeared around the corner and was to him, just a blur It didnt take long for his order of corn beef and cabbage to come to him In the meanwhile, while he ate his food, he had adopted a name for her, Virginia Slim As she brought his ticket over to him and lay it on the table He reached out his hand to her, calling out to her, Hey, hey. But for some odd reason, she didnt respond back He wasnt about to give her, any slack To just take off on him and not give him, her phone number But in her, noticing him, slipping into a brief slumber, She ended up giving away from him, so slick But he still, opening his eyes, thought she was a good pick For becoming a girlfriend to him, not knowing she was married In catching a glimpse of the ring on her finger, he became leery But in wanting to get his wish, that day Setting his pot of gold with a love note on the table He happened to spot her around the corner So he rushed right in back of her, losing her around the corner As she left the restaurant, because her shift was over with He didnt think that in trying to get his wish was a myth So, he followed her over to her cool red Corvette But as he arrived at her car, he tried hard to get Her attention before she entered her car His luck didnt run out by far Because his wish was to catch her by the tail He tried to get her phone number, but to no avail Could he encourage her to give it to him Instead, as she leaped into her car He, still, was able to get his wish by far Because his greatest wish was to pull this surprise On her as she worked on adjusting her visor As she did, she just realized that he wished, with her, to go far Just before she left to take him for a drive She decided to give him back his pot of gold in life In the end, his face lighted up to a shimmer And her face, at this time, in the dark, glimmered As they were underneath the moonlight And that night the full moon Brought much luck to him out of the blue He was able to stay in his shoes And hook a woman, who was so cool In her waitress outfit and over, her, he drooled As they took off into the night Also, that night, at some park along the way, made love to under moonlight
