THE LONG DISTANCE CLIENT: I was recently asked by a dear friend how I help family and clients who are long distance from me, though I am in New Jersey. I do several things: 1) If necessary, I navigate them through our online website where they can enroll for those services they are seeking. 2) Schedule a 1 on 1 call where I can answer all of their initial questions and also help them to begin to use the services they are enrolling in. 3) Connect them, via. appropriate links, to helpful information in regard to what the service will do for them in addition to their initial use of their membership. 4) Help them navigate their membership site and help them begin the Identity Theft Services 5) Inform them that they will also begin to receive quarterly reminders of their service. 6*) If necessary help them make their initial contact to their law firm. 7) Seven to ten days from their enrolling in their membership, ensure they received their membership kits.
