THE LOWDOWN ON THE WOOD SALE We have had a lot of people ask questions about the wood sale. Hopefully this will answer your questions: -The address for the sale will be released on Friday morning. (It’s in Wake Forest off of Jenkins Rd, there will be signs from Capital Blvd pointing you in the right direction) -There is one dirt road into the property, please look for the parking attendant who can tell you where to park. Please do not block neighbor’s driveways or the access in or out of the road. You will have the opportunity to load your trailer/vehicle at the barn after completing checkout. We are expecting a large turnout, please be mindful of the neighbors and other buyers access to the property. -Sales are first come first serve. When you arrive you will line up on the right side of the building. We will start helping people promptly at 8:00am in groups of 3. -Interior doors, columns, bundles and the oak beam are priced individually. The rest of the lumber will be priced on a sliding scale depending on the thickness of the board and will be sold by the foot. -We accept cash and credit cards. No Checks will be accepted -There will be snack concessions onsite but there are no restrooms. -If you would like to schedule a preview, we will be onsite on Friday from 9am –Noon. DO NOT preview before or after this time as this is private property and there is no trespassing other than for this sale. -Please call 919-818-4534 if you have issues, concerns or would like to schedule your preview.
