THE MAN OF GOD Smith Wrigglesworth popularly know as APOSTLE OF FAITH was born on June 1859 at Meston, Yorkshire, England. An illiterate from a very poor family, he was a hardworking plumber whose wife later taught how to read and write. His wife and his grandmother who where devoted Christians had great impact on his Christian life. Immediately he answered the call and had miraculous healing of his long-term appendicitis on which his doctor predicted death. His faith developed and made him to launch into healing ministry even before receiving Holy Ghost baptism. He was reported to have raised about twenty persons from the dead. As an evangelist, he made a covenant with God that he would not sleep in a day without winning a soul for him. Thus he lived for 88 years as an Apostle of Faith, great healer and an active evangelist.
