THE MCAS MUST DECIDE ON TWO THINGS ,, THEY EITHER ALLOW THEMSELVES FOR THEIR SALARY CUT OR NUMBER TWO.... TO BE SCRAPED OFF BY THE GOVERMENT MACHINERY @ MEMBERS OF PALIAMENT THROUGH A BILL . OR THROUGH A REFERENDUM. THESE TWO GUYS ..president and his deputy ..ARE WISE ..... READY FOR REFERENDUM AND PROTECTING THEIR SUPREMACY BATTLE AT THE SAME TIME. Where is the opposition ? the government seems to be both government itself an also the main opposition . but its only a very wise citizens@ wanjikus and political class who can understands the government of the day . do you ask yourself how how the president and his deputy can talk in two different languages . the deputy is in the forefront opposing the county government @ mcas , while the president is at coast holding a meeting with the mcas. the fact is that never and its not possible for Mr kenyatta and mr Ruto to part away from each other even after 2017. these guys seems to be knowing and very aware of what they are doing. THEY HAVE ALREADY CALCULATED THEIR MOVES .... they well know that if they dont act as opposition , the cord coalition will take over and its whip will be much stronger and painful than their own whip. and thats why they have decided to take both roles . after the members of parliament were almost to enact that bill to slash down the number of counties , we expected the the opposes to come from the opposition and that is cord coalition . how then comes that its mr Kenyatta defending the mcas . then we must have the most intelligent president plus his advisers this time around. the president knows very well that if they put pressure on the mcas , the they will not survive because the mcas are there for us in the grass root level and t hey can do everything to block the president and his deputy comes 2017 .... throuh their votes as their weapon . WATCH OUT ....@ that coordination . the president has been the leader of the opposition while deputy has always been a very strong arm of the government . nr kenyaatta tryin to please the mcas with car grants at the expese of the people of kenya for his survival ..
