CONCLUSION Ang kalaban na po natin ngayon ay ULAN na dala ni Ruby at may kasamang amihan. Magiging maulan (moderate and at times heavy) sa Albay hanggang bukas na gabi. Less risks from wind: storm surge and structures made of light materials. More risks from rainfall- mainly flooding; but not strong enough to move lahar and landslide. THEREFORE: 1. Class suspensions are maintained. As consulted with Deped Superintendent Bibz Sentillas 2. Decamp but avoid flooded routes. 3. Notifying APEC SMEC to lift isolation-driven power curtailment. 4.
