THE MUSEUM WILL TAKE PLACE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT Friends, the Museum of Ingria and the Church. Anna agreed to cooperate. After some time in the temple will house a permanent exhibition of the Museum. How soon this happens depends on all of us. THE HISTORY OF THE BUILDING The Church Of St. Anna on Kirochnaya, 8 - a monument of history and architecture of the 18th century. In Soviet times there was a cinema. In 2002 there was a fire, the building was badly damaged and several years was deserted. In 2013, the Church was handed over to the Evangelical Lutheran Church, work began on the restoration of the temple. Today, there are worship services, as well as exhibitions of contemporary art. THE MUSEUM WILL TAKE PLACE MUSICAL INSTRUMENT The exhibition and the Museum Ingria will be placed in the rebuilt premises once occupied by the mechanism of a huge Church organ. In addition, a special exhibition will be housed in the basement of the building.
