THE NASARAWA STATE SCHOLARSHIP BOARD IS MINNA, NIGER STATE. The Representative of the Nasarawa state scholarship Board is in Minna, Niger state for the Bilateral Education Agreement (BEA) nomination interview. Wednesday, 26th March 2014 has been slated for the interview of Nasarawa State indigenes. The VENUE FOR THE INTERVIEW—Is Federal Government College, Minna, Niger state. The BEA programme is a Scholarship programme between the Nigerian Government and the Government of other Countries. The programme covers both the undergraduate and the post graduate programmes. For Undergraduate studies, the award is tenable in Russia, Cuba, Morocco, Algeria, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey, Egypt, Japan, Serbia, Macedonia while Postgraduate studies award is tenable in Russia, China, Turkey, Japan, Serbia and Mexico. CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY Undergraduate Scholarship Applicants for undergraduate degree courses must possess a minimum qualification of five (5) distinctions (As and Bs) in the Senior Secondary School Certificate, WAEC or NECO (May/June) only in the subjects relevant to their fields of study including English Language and mathematics. The Certificate should not be more than two (2) years old (2012 or 2013). Age limit is 22 years. Post-graduate Scholarship Applicants must hold a First Degree with at least 2nd class upper division.
