THE PERFECT TEACHER By: JEAN GONZALES Whats your definition of a perfect teacher? Do you want a nice or kind teacher? Is the perfect teacher a mathematician or a scientist? Historian or an ordinary man? Let me share with you my thoughts of having the perfect teacher of my life. I will retell to you His story. He is someone who defied gravity because of his resurrection and ascension to heaven. He also broke the law of multiplication by feeding the 5000. He taught me also that I will always see what is wrong when I am right but will never know which is right when I am happy doing wrong. Furthermore, he said that I am free to make choices but the sad part is I am not free to choose the consequences. On the contrary, he reiterated that one should make ANGER so expensive that no one can afford it and make HAPPINESS so cheap that anyone can get it. Lastly, he said: Every day, find out who you are and be that. Decide what comes first and do that. Discover your strengths and use them. Learn not to compete with others because no one else is in the contest of being you. You are wonderfully made, and theres only one YOU in the world. With the magic words of my perfect teacher I realize that I can call him up when my heart needs company. I can take his hands when I feel alone. Turn to him when I need someone to lean on because till time runs out, Hell be my perfect teacher and friend holding on. And I know that my perfect teacher hand these characteristics to his fellow teachers. I was influenced by my perfect teacher and I became one. I as a teacher can teach minds, touch hearts and transform the lives of my students.
