THE POLICE TOLD TO BE MORE POLITE TO THE PUBLIC. I do not like to compare certain elements of civic and political paradigms with the so-called 3rd world to the so-called advanced economies (note, not advanced societies). But there is one issue that pervades all countries or at least it should, that of policing. As one with Sub Saharan ethnicity operating in the UK I have had my fair share of runnings, unsolicited and solicited with ‘Her Majesty’s Finest’ Suffice it to say that will be relegated to another time, another chapter. For now, after the UK Prime Minister in contemporary times made the remark that Britain only had a “relatively honest police force” the spotlight has been turned on the UK Constabulary at large, not for the first time I might add; telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/10167000/Police-should-be-more-polite-to-the-public-says-police-minister-Damian-Green.html
