THE POOL IS A DONE DEAL - we went with a Kona, Hawaii scheme for color. We designed a pool for tropical lagoon blending with the property. We went in a bold way leaving conventional behind, also our budget......focusing on what we wanted and we wanted - stuff. The retaining wall is extravagant 250 ft. from the road will have tropicals as buffering and made of rolled and rounded stone six feet outside the cage of the pool. WARRANTY PROTECTION PLAN- The pool has a 28 year old Hawaiian wearing a tool belt standing by for support and maintenance. The gas fire pit for cool evening swims will warm you as you ascend from the pool and of course - the pool is heated for Four Season comfort. Planters along the perimeter ( four planters) for exotics with lighting to enhance color and atmosphere and irrigated for less maintenance. LED lighting in the pool with enough decking for a good party. The construction begins September 2015 to be done by our Winter migration South.....first of November.
