The landload of plot parcel No. 731 Kendu-Bay has approach this office and complained that a tenant in his Residential plot has dug a pit within his compound without express authority from him. The owner of the plot wants to erect and develop the plot in his own way and where the pit is , has been year marked for a residential block. You are therefore ordered to stop the work and seek consent from the Landlord/owner of the plot as he also intends 2provide a functional pit latrine after renovating the existing mabati blocks in accordance with his Development plan. I can see the copies of this STOPPAGE ORDER was also given the police station ,but he was not even asked if his acts were within his office Mandet.SUPRISINGLY ! This public health officer summoned my Old mother 2 the court to vacat the residential plot without standardies Latrine which he had earlier b4 stopped its constructions. That the all materials I bought 4 the same ,he was influenced &sent pple to take everything from their while I was then wanted man. My Ksh.300,000 in total the same materials +the money I used 2 defend the old mother not b jailed as I feared weaked that she could die there. The money taken by my lawyer, that when I reported him 2LSK,then that was his defence that he saved the old Mum.
