THE RANT: Lawmaker Says Hoodies Must Go! Senator Don Barrington from Lawton wants to make it illegal to wear a hoodie in public in Oklahoma. If it becomes law you get fined 500 bucks if youre caught wearing one. Barrington says he wants the law to make businesses and public places safer by ensuring that people cannot conceal their identities for the purpose of crime or harassment.
