THE REAL POLITICIAN AND HIS SECRETS Politicking is a game of Leadership, Power, Money, and People Do you have the leadership qualities or the Power or the money to throw around or the people to support your ambition. Politics is a game of lobbying and negotiations. Have you lobbied and negotiated your interest or benefits. Trust no one, work with them. This rule applies in the present scenarios as trusted allies are switching loyalties and decamping. Don’t get caught in the web of intrigues. Some of the foot soldiers ranting endlessly will fall into this political trap. They will be used and dumped. Cover your tracks. Most of them do not cover their tracks and damaging exposures are the order of the day. Always build a fall back strategy. They all have so dont worry . Your support should start from your family. Some have and some dont. Position and Plant people in strategic places. the real politicians have done this 2 years before the electioneering fever. Eliminate sycophancy. In politics ,you cant do without this. you will always have praise singers to sing you to your downfall. better to go for a devils advocate. Go through the ladder and build your structures. Some build and scatter while some retain and nurture them. Don’t ever abandon your structures mid stream. Neophyte Politicians do and join ship midstream for survival reasons. Don’t forget the Inner Circle. The real politician think tank and strategists Always have an Ace. They always do. Like a trump card it is used when all strategies have been exhausted. Don’t ever fight Government or persons in power. It depends on which divide you find yourself but do not take it to the extreme. Politicking is deadly and dirty when you dont play by the rules. In your campaign avoid speaking against persons. Talk on issues rather than persons. Real politicians talk on issues. Foot soldiers talk against persons. A Government can make you or break you. The choice is yours.
