THE RIGHT PLACE And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. gen. 2:15 God made the Garden of Eden and beautified it with ‘….every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food…’ (Gen. 2:9). He also made a place in it called Havilah ’…where there is gold. And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and onyx stone…’Vs 12 there too. But God never created man in the garden rather He took him there to dress and keep it. That means before God made Adam He had made arrangements for what he would do and all he would need to keep living and do his assignments. Likewise God had made every man for a purpose; He has a job for every one He created would do for Him and provisions for the sustenance of all He had created. The place of Adam’s assignment is also the place of his provisions; the Garden of Eden. Have you discovered your life’s assignments? The place of your assignment is also the place of your provisions. In your purpose is your provisions; your Havilah (place of Gold) is in your garden (area and place of calling) and not until you discover it you can’t enjoy divine provisions in your life. But, it was God that took Adam to Eden. You need God to take you to your Eden; place of work and provisions. Pray that God should reveal your garden of assignment and enjoyment to you.
