THE SEARCH IS ON FOR MR. & MS. NURSING 2013! Mr. & Ms. Nursing 2013 October 5, 2013 (Saturday) 1pm Our Lady of Fatima University SJB Auditorium Pageant Guidelines: 1. Each section is REQUIRED to have one (1) male and one (1) female representative 2. The chosen pair for each section will automatically be a candidate and compete for the title of Mr. & Ms. Nursing 2013 3. Event Participants must have the following qualifications: a. Age: 16 to 25 years old b. Marital Status: Single, never been married c. Other Requirements: Must be of good moral character. 4. Briefing will be on September 18, 2013, Wednesday at room 407 5. The candidates must be willing to attend/ join the pre-pageant activities such as pictorials, courtesy calls and other activities as per scheduled by the Nursing Society. 6. Candidate should fill-up the official Entry Form and should have official photographs in close-up and whole body. Submission of Entry Form will be on the briefing date.
