Its been a non-stop ride of physical changes and demands since New Years Eve. Yes? We are being transitioned in energy waves to a New style Human throughout 2015. A New Human who thinks before they act. Who acts on what they think and who uses empathy as their NEW INTELLIGENCE. So I need to bring to your attention the importance of BALANCE and SELF-MANAGEMENT in 2015. If you dont start getting on top of your daily activities, you will be super drained and it will be difficult to get going again once you are off track. Youve already seen this happening. So... NEW HUMAN checklist (part 1) - Read your Tip-Off forecast every morning and evening. Be prepared for how the cosmos will influence your day ahead and have a run down what occurred as the day wraps. This builds awareness of your power and what you are bringing towards you and giving off. - Watch the tendency to get too absorbed in any one thing for too long. When you catch yourself in the act of this, shift it up. Do something different for a short period. Same for thoughts. Think of something else. - You may notice your emotions are up and down too. Solution? Dont beat yourself up about it. Go with it. Feel like crying, let it happen. Feel like cracking up laughing. Do it. - Stop judging yourself and others. - this is a MAJOR step in the advancement of the human race. Every time you go to dis someone or put them down or compare yourself, stop.
