It is tea that some powerful people want.While KONDOMOISIEK called MCAs were bought with money, masterminds pulling the strings behind the shadows were focused on the ultimate prize which is TEA.When Chepkwony visited Britain and met Finaly and Brooke Bond owners, he made it clear that tea belong to the ordinary Kipsigis.That did not sit well with the barons.They began to scheme for his downfall capitalising on parochial issues.They magnified the issues and now they have their way to the ultimate prize which our is tea. Moi acquired tea in the same way. This is the time we should tone down our baseless rhetorics and face up to reality.Evidence reaching us show that a good number of MCAs went to Naivasha where they were paid and instructed on how to impeach the governor.In fact they were even given a draft of allegation that they would use against him! That was the culmination of a series of initial plotting meetings in Kericho.In a nutshell, all meetings were meant to dethrone Chepkwony and replace him with a puppet who would be used to siphon money and acquire tea estates.Our people should be told the truth.Just as the way Moi disorganized our elected leaders and then took over some tea estates, this latest assault is geared towards the same goal.
