THE SPIRIT OF FALSEHOOD Brethren, many people who claimed to have been designated or empowered by God do not actually speak and work for God, the prophets and the spiritual leaders alike. That a man of God performs miracles signs and wonders is not a proof that his divination of power came from God. Well you ought to know that magicians or the native doctors can equally perform all that; that was the account of Moses and the Pharaoh. Pharaoh was aware of these powers known to him as magicians, enchanters, diviners, sorcerers and astrologers. But when the cheeps was down, it done him that there was a power that supersedes all powers as Moses performed and intimidated every other performers Pharaoh may have put forward in contest ( Genesis 41, Exodus 7,8,9, and Daniel 1,2,4). The point am making here is; pharaoh and all his war heads were put to test in order to know the true spirit that perform and to what extent or sustainability and from which source. AS scripture said, but there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them and bring swift destruction on themselves. Many will follow their depraved conduct and will bring the way of truth into disrepute. In their greed these teachers will exploit you with fabricated stories. Their condemnation has long been hanging over them, and their destruction has not been sleeping (2Peter 2:1-3). Before now the scripture made us to know that the false prophets has gone ahead of us to dwell here in the world; the said action they took loud their interior motives and their source of power, obviously they were not sent by God. Do not be carried away by miracles, signs and wonders been performed in your churches or in your home today but test every spirit? It is quite simple; just fabricate one good story or odd event concerning you or related story and present it to your man of God, and make sure you don’t give out clues to his questions, l bet you, you will really know if that power that he professes came from God or not and for the fact you are not a magician so you cannot perform, even if he does. This why l said, is the simplest way to test every man of God. The false man of God will jounce because; he that is in you is greater than he that is of the world. And because they are from the world they speak and perform from the knowledge of the world while the world listens to them. For we are from God and whoever from God will perform accordingly through Christ but whoever is not from God will fail at a point because he is not sourced from God. This is the simple truth to know the power that is in them, who professed Christ in spirit and in truth (1 John 4:4-6). Brothers and sisters, the incarnation of every spirit is Christ which must be identify in us by practice without time lapse else such spirit are among those spirit who may have gone into the world under pretence.
