THE STATE IS OUT FOR THIS WOMEN ... GIVE HER LIFE ! State Attorney Angela Corey has many observers wondering what she’s up to after she sent out letters to legislators which paint Marissa Alexander in a negative light. According to News4Jax, Corey distributed a letter to legislators which shows two mugshots of Alexander then quotes her as telling her husband, “I’ve got something for that @ss.” Although those in Corey’s office say they sent the letter at the request of legislators, former State Attorney Harry Shorstein told News4Jax that most of the people who received the letter were shocked by Corey’s inappropriateness. “I think it was totally inappropriate,” said Shorstein. “From my discussions with lawyers for whom I think the public has greatest respect, the responses were unbelievable, outrageous and according to everyone unethical.” Corey’s office insists that the purpose of the letter was to offset inaccurate media reports.
